• Assist and lead high-impact consulting projects in a timely manner for key industry players as well as build and sustain trusted internal and external relationships.

• Bring the experience and deliver carve-out consulting projects (including planning and execution), both for corporate as well as private equity clients.

Your Skill Set

• Degree in Business or Engineering and a minimum of 4-7 years relevant work experience, having worked primarily on deal and/or consulting-related assignments at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a Big4.
• Value creation background and a track record of (pre-deal) due diligence and carve-out execution projects.
• Experienced in carve-out planning and execution projects (with a focus on the Operations and the Finance function) and/or are experienced in executing (operational) due diligence and value creation projects. A good understanding of financial analysis (with eg. PowerBI, Tabelau, Python) is a plus.
• Feeling comfortable advising clients across a wide variety of industries, and having a strong track record in a certain industry is a plus. Additionally, you have an understanding of the corporate deal cycle and are at ease at interacting with corporate senior management or our PE clients.
• Actively contribute to the growth of our Deals Strategy & Operations team by leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and personal network.
• Strong analytical skills, fluency in English and served global clients in a broad range of transactions.
