Your role:
Logistics activities are part of Order to Cash (OtC) process, which goes from the customer need to customer satisfaction, is supported by following logistics processes:
- order handling
- inventory handling
- warehouse handling
- transport handling
- master data handling
- compliances to trade rules and legislation
- customer support service
To succeed, you will need:
You have completed an apprenticeship in logistics or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in order processing and other logistics administrating flows. You are no stranger to customer contact and enjoy working in a team. You are familiar with the most common Microsoft Office applications and ideally already have knowledge of the SAP ERP system. You enjoy working independently with a high degree of initiative and have strong organizational skills and assertiveness. In addition to a very good knowledge of German, you have good communication skills in French and English.
