In the context of maternity leave replacement, I'm looking for an HR Administrative support fr/eng.
Your tasks :
- Human Resources Administration
- Time Management and absences
- Support for recruitment activities
- Onboarding of new employees
Minimum Requirements - Relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent ie: HR administrative assistant diploma (Federal Brevet in HR is an asset) - Minimum of 5 years related experience in HR in a Swiss environment (an additional experience in international HR is an asset) - Good knowledge and at least a first experience in payroll - Very good knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and employment principles - Fluent in French and English - Experience working in a dynamic, international environment (fast growing organization) - Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced user of HR database and tools
Preferred Requirements - Knowledge of HRIS (Interflex,SAP success factor an asset) German language would be an asset
