Job Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate IT Business Analyst to join our Group IT-Team as soon as possible, on an 80-100% workload.

Are you an experienced and engaged person who is passionate about taking responsibility for the support, adaptation, optimization and enhancement of the Infront Application-Landscape, with focus on the Group Finance Systems & Microsoft Power Platform?

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the technical operation of the accounting, consolidation & management information applications in collaboration with external experts

• Maintaining and updating workflows, batch-jobs and data maintenance

• Planning and coordinating of system updates

• Business analysis – elicit business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Evaluating and implementing changes and new digital solutions across the Infront Application-Landscape

• Optimizing business processes with M365 tools and Power Platform

• Supervising and coordinating of external IT-consultants

Your profile

• You have 5-8 years of experience as IT Business Analyst and/or Platform Manager in the area of integrated ERP systems (advantageous with D365 Finance) or in a related field

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education as an IT Business Analyst or higher education as an IT Business Specialist FH/HF

• You have proven expertise in project- and change management and excellent analytical skills

• You are able to transform business needs into system requirements and you have experience in software related Project Management

• You have proven expertise in supporting accounting tools, preferably MS Dynamics D365 Finance and having expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power App & Power BI is advantageous

• You have strong communication skills and a strong attitude toward high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking

• You are an open-minded, reliable, independently, pro-active person with hands-on mentality

• You are proficient in speaking and writing in German and English
