To support our e-Mobility Group we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland or in Willstätt, Baden-Württemberg, Germany for an:

ERP Specialist
Purpose:

To ensure seamless operation, continuous improvement, and user empowerment within the ERP system.

Role & Responsibilites:
  • Provide ERP support by managing tickets, addressing daily operational issues, and offering guidance to system users.
  • Support project management efforts by collecting information and user feedback to enhance the ERP's user experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to introduce new features and solutions within the ERP system.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and update existing users on newly implemented features.
  • Oversee and enhance the configuration of the ERP system to ensure its optimal performance.
  • Collect feedback from users to identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects.
  • Generate data reports from the ERP system and create dashboards to deliver insightful analytics and reporting.
Skills & experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business or a field relevant to the role.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Business Central, or similar information systems.
  • A solid knowledge of industrial business operations, demonstrated by prior work in the industrial or engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple ERP modules, including but not limited to Finance, Warehouse Management, Production, Procurement, and Sales.
  • A foundational understanding of Data Analytics, particularly PowerBI, is considered an advantage.

Languages:
  • French and German (spoken and writing)
  • English an asset

Travel: Some travelling might be involved (approx. 10%).
