Your Contribution
Join our team as a Mechanical Engineer, where you'll drive innovation and contribute to various projects within our R&D department through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. As part of this role, you'll oversee the coordination and construction of prototypes, apply advanced development methods, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure the success of our projects.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Coordinate and construct prototypes and functional models.
- Apply diverse development methods to generate innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interdisciplinary issues.
- Ensure adherence to Tecan's processes and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the achievement of project goals.
Your Background

- Mechanical background paired with further education (university degree in mechanical engineering, TS technician or equivalent).
- Solid mechatronic expertise and practical professional experience as Mechanical Engineer, preferably in the MedTech environment.
- Strong know-how in Value Engineering and Design for Manufacturing.
- You enjoy working in a team and are ready to take on technical and entrepreneurial responsibility.
- Very good Creo/Windchill and Solidworks skills
- Fluent German and English
