As a Market Surveillance Officer, you will be part of the Market Compliance Function of the Bank. Among others, your tasks will typically be the following:
- Monitor clients’ securities trading activities
- Identify and analyse potential prohibited market conduct (insider trading and market manipulation)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Trading, Quantitative Research & Solutions, IT) as well as with external stakeholders (SIX Exchange Regulation and counterparties)
Qualifications
- Ongoing Bachelor Degree in Economics or from an Institute of Technology
- Good knowledge of English and French
- SIX or Eurex trading licenses is a plus
- Familiar with financial markets and trading activities
- Self-motivated and passionate about macroeconomics and the financial industry
- Strong teamworking and collaboration skills
- Ability to monitor your own workload and meet work objectives
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
