- Drive global standardization to implement global configurators of products and ensure digitalization strategy.
- Support improvement projects in a global environment.
- Define global master data concepts and ensure implementation.
- Collaborate globally with R&D, IT, Project Execution and Supply Chain Management regarding standardization and configurators.
- Participation and collaboration in competence teams.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide (focus on Bühler Bangalore, India).
- Define technical and functional specifications of products.
- Determine product characteristics and derive a configuration and compatibility matrix.
- Develop and optimize product master data management.
- Build, test und updated configurators in Windchill and SAP VC
- Technical background and a higher technical education (Professional School, Technical College or University)
- Knowledge of various manufacturing technologies and principles as well as the Engineering industry
- Know-how in the area of machinery guidelines and explosion protection
- Experience in leading small teams in a technical environment
- Project management basics like scheduling, planning and cost control
- Analytical and structured way of working as well as conceptually and creatively
- Proficiency with IT tools, like MS Office, SAP VC, Azure DevOps, gPDM Windchill
- Ability to work in a team with a hands-on mentality
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in a technical profession
- Min. 1 year of professional experience; e.g. internship et.al.
- Knowledge in the field of hygienic design and food contact material
- Experience with project execution and supply chain processes
- Project responsibility and good didactical skills
- Experience working with 3D CAD like solidEdge, Creo, NX, Inventor
