[Technical responsibility in the development of mechanical and electromechanical injection devices, Lead a team of experienced mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence, Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, Innovate and cultivate product ideas, technical concepts, and detailed solutions, Execute and validate concepts from ideation and initial prototypes to conclusive proof of concept, Foster collaboration with stakeholders across business & strategy, usability, industrialization, and IP/ patents, Contribute to pioneering technology and trend scouting endeavors, Manage and cultivate collaborative efforts with external partners]
[Higher education (university of applied sciences/ETH) in microengineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields, Proven experience in leading and managing teams, Demonstrated success in effectively driving innovation and achieve organizational goals, At least 5 years of professional experience in product development in medical devices/ pharmaceutical industry, Experience with product development and innovation methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or innovation management, Deep knowledge in mechanical engineering, proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably NX Siemens), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, Openness to new ideas, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills]
