- Develop use cases and define business requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders related to learning technologies in the air traffic control domain
- Create prototypes and operational concepts of training devices
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging learning technologies, such as extended reality, artificial intelligence, adaptive learning platforms, learning analytics and educational data mining
- Actively contribute to the implementation of redesign and change initiatives within the scope of skyguide academy
- Liaise with product owners to identify technology needs with focus on the strategy
- Utilize business analysis skills to derive and create clear concepts and white papers
- Engineering degree or equivalent. Experienced in business analysis and requirements engineering, ideally in adult education
- Broad technical understanding of IT infrastructures
- Prototyping skills. Scripting languages as python or powershell is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for learning and innovation. Experience with emerging technologies (VR, XR, AI) is a plus
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in project management is a plus
- Fluent in English or German (spoken and written), French is a plus
