This is what you will do for us
- Receiving, processing and rectifying machinery fault reports (2nd level)
- Error analysis and product improvements in cooperation with the software development department
- Analysis of problems/error messages based on customer machinery reports
- Creating the final documentation of our control system software in intralogistics via remote maintenance or at the customer's site
- Organization and implementation of system tests after commissioning
- Readiness for on-call duty (max. 1 week in a month)
What you bring with you
- Work experience in the machine industry mandatory
- Completed training as an automation engineer / mechatronics engineer or equivalent training
- Good knowledge of IT components and industrial networks
- Linux and/or Beckhoff knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills are an advantage
