Your personal attributes

  • A true believer in the value of data, with the ability to take ownership and deliver autonomously and proactively tangible results to the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including very senior managers.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify patterns and insights in large data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and completeness, while keeping solutions as simple and robust as possible.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in an agile environment, including the ability to manage priorities and give regular reporting on ongoing tasks.
  • Continuous learning mindset, keeping up to date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
