What exactly you will do here:

• Analyze and specify requirements for building new features and for enhancing existing features
  
• Define and document interface level requirements: field gap analysis, field mappings, document details
  
• Discuss the requirements with various stakeholders: product/project managers, UX, business representatives, technology leads, etc.
  
• Work with the project delivery team, to ensure that the project implementation tasks are properly formulated and documented
  
• Work with the QA team to match functional test cases against the agreed requirements

What we're looking for:

• You have an University degree, of a science, technical or economical nature
  
• You have experience with regulated environments, ideally in banking
  
• You have the required analytical, conceptional and creative skills to be successful in a complex and fast paced environment
  
• You have excellent communication skills, needed to gather and document requirements from stakeholders and you prove thoroughness, accuracy and close attention to details
  
• You are familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies and have experience with different tools like JIRA, Confluence
