The job holder performs tasks for the Planning Support Team within the training organization. She/he offers an efficient, effective and timely service to all customers.
- Provides planning support services within skyguide academy for all internal and external customers according to the standards and requirements
- Analyses and plans short- and long-term training needs for internal and external units
- Planning includes infrastructure, simulators, instructors, trainees
- Initiates proposals and improvements to increase the service provision and efficiency
- Coordinates the planning of all training activities within the skyguide academy
- Interact with Air Traffic Controller candidates, including recruitment administration
- Matura or vocational apprenticeship with federal certificate
- Solid work experience in planning and administrative activities
- Proficient user of MS-Office and ability to familiarize with new tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Flexible teamplayer with high sense of responsibility
- High customer service orientation and high level of discretion
- Business fluent in German and English, French is an asset
