Overview of Role

Provide assistance and support to the Investment Solutions team in various projects and help in the ongoing administration. This internship lasts twelve months with an ideal start date of July 2024.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with the administration of Legal Representative & Paying Agent service
• Assistance in the preparation of investment analytics and investment reporting for clients
• Support in developing portfolio management software, analytics and web applications
• Preparation and update of different applications such as Intranet, Excel spreadsheets, databases, etc.
• Provide assistance to the team head and team members regular tasks
• Preparation of publications, PowerPoint presentations and other documents

Education and Qualifications

• Student in economics, finance, business administration, law or similar
• Strong MS Office skills, Excel at advanced level
• Programming language skills are a plus (Visual Basic, Python)

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

• Knowledge and interest in financial markets
• Completed Internship in the financial industry is a plus
• Fluent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken), knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
