As a specialist in Human Factors and Human Performance (HF/HP), you will ensure these topics are managed as a key contributor to global Air Traffic Management system performance to enhance safety, efficiency and capacity of our ATM operations :
- Support and/or manage all HF/HP topics to be fully integrated, addressed and aligned
- Define and manage key HF/HP objectives, deliverables and activities in support of Epics and waterfall type changes teams : analysis, assessment, validation and studies
- Support and influence User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) design improvements to harmonize user interfaces, improve safety and minimize potential for human error
- Collaborate with UI/UX designer on preparation of credible design options
- Prepare and run user/stakeholder workshopds
- Maintain and update the internal set of HMI/UI/UX guidelines updates in line with industry best practice and regulation
- Support and deliver HF/HP assessment in support of verification and validation
Your profile :
- University degree in the field of Human Factors, Computer Science, Design
- Experience in safety critical industry (nuclear, medical, automobile) or gaming industry
- Proven record in User Center Design with proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of the aviation sector as an asset
- Problem assessment and solving attitude with demonstrated methodological skills (assessment, facilitation)
- Self-drive with strong communication skills, team and client orientation
- English, German and/or French as an asset
Location : Wangen bei Dübendorf &/or Geneva
Working percentage : 80-100%
