HR Administrative support fr/eng 100%

Your tasks :

Human Resources Administration

Time Management and absences

Support for recruitment activities

Onboarding of new employees

Payroll activities

Desired profile:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent (HR certificate or Federal Brevet)
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in HR in a Swiss environment (an additional experience in international HR is an asset)
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and employment principles
  • Fluent in French and English, German language would be an asset
  • Experience working in a dynamic, international environment (fast growing organization)
  • Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced user of HR database and tools
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Interflex,SAP success factor an asset)
