Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts and play a key role in driving our company's growth. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy and structure from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for building relationships, a knack for identifying new business opportunities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target small to medium-sized businesses within the Canton de Vaud, with the aim of expanding throughout Switzerland.

- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.

- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Lay the groundwork for the sales organization's structure and processes, with the potential to recruit and lead a sales team as the company grows.

- Work closely with the product development team to understand and communicate customer feedback and market demands.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Regularly report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to the senior management team.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related field.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a startup environment.

- Fluent in English and French, with any additional languages being a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
