Based in Les Geneveys-sur-Coffrane, in the canton of Neuchâtel, the company currently employs 150 people and produces over a million tools a year, 90% of which are exported to over 100 countries.


As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our offline and online presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager with expertise in B2B & B2C industries and developing impactful sales strategies to join our team


International Sales Manager (100%)


The International Sales Manager will have expertise in B2B & B2C industries. This person will develop and execute successful international sales strategies, build and manage international sales teams, and drive impactful sales initiatives to generate global sales growth.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our international market presence and drive revenue growth through multiple distribution channels.
  • Works with the Sales Director to create the sales strategy, targets and budget to deliver revenue growth objectives in the short- and longer-term horizons.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and segments and develop tailored sales approaches to effectively penetrate and capture market share in those markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with international distributors, partners, and key accounts to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the international sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to our international sales team and our client sales teams to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, to optimize new product introductions in order to drive sales.
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization and adjust sales strategies & forecasts accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging market trends, and shares best practices to continuously improve our sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in offline/online sales dynamic, growing sales with brick & mortar distribution while managing the digital sales dynamic.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, events and client sites to promote our brands, products and expand our network of contacts and distribution.
  • Ensure a culture of action, follow-up and reporting for the sales team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in international sales management, with a focus on B2B, B2C distribution sales and key account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through B2B, B2C channels in international markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers, partners, and team members.
  • Highly skilled at consultative selling, along with excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable whether working in the field educating end users or in the office presenting to corporate buyers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed up to 30%.
  • Fluent in English & French with a good level of spoken business German, other languages are a plus.
