Your role

• Support the analytical development part of our laboratory for drug substance projects, from the early development phase up to process maturity.
  
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot chromatographic methods, including HPLC, UPLC, GC, and GC headspace, to ensure accurate and efficient analysis.
  
• Implement, validate, and facilitate the transfer of chromatographic analysis methods, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness in drug substance analysis.
  
• Conduct analyses of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates, adhering to partially cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance standards to maintain product quality and safety.
  
• Provide essential support for the maintenance and upkeep of our advanced equipment inventory, contributing to the efficiency and functionality of our laboratory operations.

Your profile

• Strong background: Education as a chemical lab technician EFZ, Bachelor's in Life Science, or comparable analytical focus.
  
• Practical experience: Previous work in a similar role, proficient in HPLC/GC, and a keen interest in chromatographic techniques.
  
• Familiarity: Prior exposure to Empower, LIMS, MS-Office, and GMP tools/methods is advantageous.
  

• Proactive team player: Thrives in an adaptable environment, values personal responsibility.
  
• Precision-oriented: Attention to detail and methodical work approach.
  
• Language skills: Strong English skills required; German proficiency is a plus or willingness to learn.
