QA Specialist Digital Quality (f/m)
Who are we looking for? Digital Transformation has profound implications for our Quality Assurance processes and beyond. As Specialist Digital Quality you will - Support and enhance our global digital systems, particularly those used for Quality Management - Ensure compliance of global digital systems - Contribute to digitalization projects and initiatives
You will be part of the new team Digital Quality within the Central Function Quality (based at the headquarters in Switzerland) working in close collaboration with diverse partners throughout the organization, including colleagues from other sites.
Your responsibilities include: - Advanced system support and administration, including e.g. design and implementation of configurations, migration of data, upgrades of cloud systems - Management of global electronic documents and records - Configuration and change management, software validation activities - Requirements gathering, consolidation of requirements, and implementation activities for digitalization initiatives
What do we expect from you? - University degree in life sciences, pharmaceutical technology or computer science, or equivalent experience - Training or experience with configuration and management of database software systems (e.g. ERP, DMS, QMS, LIMS, etc.) - Ability to understand business requirements for digital systems and translate them to technical specifications - Excellent communication skills in English and basic German - Dedicated, driven personality, who enjoys taking initiative and working in an intercultural environment
Nice to have - Experience with optimizing business processes through digital systems is a strong plus - Experience with Computer System Validation is a plus - Experience with the MasterControl software suite is a plus, but can be acquired on the job
