For a franchise hotel with a renowned brand, near Lake Biel, we are looking for a :
Sales and Marketing Director
Main activities
- Analyse and understand the market in order to identify new opportunities and implement innovative actions to strengthen the establishment's positioning ;
- Develop, strengthen and maintain relationships of trust with key partners and customers in the region, including regular site visits ;
- Creating, implementing and executing the annual sales and marketing plan ;
- Drawing up quotations, follow-up, customer care and invoicing ;
- Developing and implementing the MICE sales and marketing strategy ;
- Ensuring that the standards and requirements of the international brand are maintained.
Your profile
- Degree or experience in business administration, specialising in sales and marketing and/or hospitality ;
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in the hotel industry, ideally in the Mitteland region ;
- Fluency in French and/or German, English required;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills ;
- Dynamic, pragmatic, creative and results-oriented personality.
