- Leading of the SAP Key User operations department with up to 10 employees
- Management of and collaboration in projects, taking into account the needs of the Operations department
- Ensuring the correct configuration (SAP) of all machine types and coordination between sales and production departements
- Development and responsibility for a training concept for SAP and CDS users
- Definition of all SAP master data relevant to industrialisation and responsibility for documentation and maintenance
- Basic technical training and further training at HF or FH level
- Several years of professional experience in SAP consulting or SAP key user roles, preferably in a production environment
- Experience in leading teams and projects
- Sound knowledge of SAP variant configuration, master data maintenance and analyses
- Very good written and spoken German skills
