Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and structuring processes, coupled with extensive experience in project management using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Gnatt Chart, and flow chart. In addition to their professional expertise, the candidate should possess a passion for competitive swimming, fluency in both English and French and proficiency in leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development and Optimization:

  • Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization.

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

Process Improvement methodologies

  • Lead and execute Total Quality Management (TQM), Continuous improvement (kaizen), Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), and Business process management (BPM) to drive continuous improvement initiatives across various departments.

  • Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.

Swimming Expertise:

  • Leverage expertise in swimming to develop specialized processes and programs tailored to the needs of kids and coaches.

  • Collaborate with the coaching staff to ensure that training methodologies align with industry best practices and contribute to the overall success of our athletes.

Multilingual Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders in both English and French, ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive alignment and synergy within the organization.

Technology Integration:

  • Utilize advanced digital tools and technology platforms to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance communication and collaboration.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the field to continually improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Prospection and Client Acquisition for Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients to both the Bébé Nageur program and our competitive swimming programs.

  • Analyze market trends and identify target demographics for program expansion.

  • Represent Swimi Sarl at relevant events and expos to promote our aquatic programs and services.

Qualifications:

  • - Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • - Certification in Total Quality Management (TQM), Continuous Improvement (Kaizen), Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), and Business Process Management (BPM).

  • - Extensive experience in process improvement and project management, with a proven track record of success in driving measurable results.

  • - Strong background in swimming and or sports, with a deep understanding of training methodologies and best practices.

  • - Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • - Proficiency in utilizing technology and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • - Experience working with multicultural children and diverse teams, with a demonstrated ability to foster inclusion and collaboration.

  • - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a dynamic environment.
