The Sales & Marketing department is at the forefront of our business strategy. They handle sales and account management, engage constantly with customers, sales partners, oversee application engineering (including small customer projects), manage product portfolios, drive business development, handle proposal management, and steer marketing efforts. Their combined efforts ensure effective market presence, customer engagement, and sustainable growth.

• Cultivating positive customer relationships and acting as a high level customer interface, explaining technology details, giving in depth technical presentations, and assisting in applications development.
• Conduct customer training and translate customer needs into workable solutions.
• Technical product expert assisting with all phases of the sales cycle.
• Customer support for pre-sales and after-sales questions.
• Provide continuous feedback to R&D and product development on performance, features, and potential problems 
• Work with CRM tool to keep track of customer interactions
• Provide proof of concept PIC design studies and PIC Layouts using available software packages
• Elaborate and discuss SoW with customers, prospects and project partners
• Contribute to the marketing strategy with content and activities (talks, application notes, press releases, webinars, etc.)
  

• Highly customer and solution-oriented mindset. 
• Ability to translate customer wishes to clear specifications
• PhD in integrated optics or 3+ years’ experience in integrated optics
• Hands-on experience with integrated photonics software tools
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills
• Open minded, communicative, critical, and innovative
• Flexible in working on different tasks and with different teams
