- Analyze MRP and plan production orders, taking in account the bottlenecks and the production optimization
- Place order and make daily follow-ups of Suppliers’ deliveries to ensure that dates, quantities and items are available to internal and external customers
- Define and maintain optimal stock levels for all products
- Interact with the internal Manufacturing team and with external suppliers for ordering spare parts, raw materials and finished products
- Manage exceptions by communicating with Sales and Operations in a timely manner
- Responsible for supply chain discussions with Lunaphore’s critical suppliers
- Responsible for inventory analysis and inventory reporting
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the quality system to comply with all applicable regulations and standards, especially with ISO 9001
- Participate to new product launching to establish the flows
- Do the physical preparation of outgoing shipments including small packages and pallets
- Manage the transfers between internal warehouse and external warehouse
- Coordinate the reception of shipments and deliveries
- Communicate with transporters for the logistics operations
- Receive and store products in the warehouse, monitor stocks and ensure proper flow and storage of products
- Do physical inventory counts
- Input and maintain stock information in the ERP system
- Prepare dangerous goods shipments
- Ensure logistical materials stock replenishment
- Report KPI’s and improvements
- You have min 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, including forecast process, planning, procurement, warehouse and movements
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong level of English is a must have, any additional languages will be a plus
- Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation rules is highly desired
- Ability to collaborate with others by working in a team and build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
