WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic personality with a passion for CRM and fashion. The candidate has experience in managing a loyalty programme and always finds creative ways to engage ensure to be on top of mind with the members of the loyalty programme. You don’t mind supporting with events and are considered as somebody who “gets things done”. This is both a strategic and hands-on role with responsibility for the over-arching CRM strategy as well as the day to day campaign conception, creation, execution and communication of performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage local loyalty programme “Fashion Club”
  • Grow the customer database through data capture at all possible points
  • Execute effective email / CRM campaigns
  • Constantly challenge the status quo and develop better solutions by working in conjunction with local and central teams
  • Work with partners and sponsorships to get the best ROI
  • Achieving the revenue, customer value and engagement targets for the programme
  • Driving the availability of customer data and optimising its use to enhance email and CRM performance
  • Run satisfaction and interest surveys
  • Growing the size and quality of the database

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of owning and delivering multi-channel CRM strategy
  • Experience using one or more ESP (Email Service Provider) is essential
  • Experience in the creation and use of customer segmentation for CRM activity
  • Experience in building and implementing manual and automated campaign activity
  • Experience in building and implementing CRM programmes across multiple customer touchpoints and media
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
