Your missions:
To support the manager and take over her/his following responsibilities in their absence:
Coordinate and manage all the activities of the Villereuse restaurant, according to the standards of the company.
Guarantee the impeccable hygiene of the restaurant as well as the staff, in accordance with the standards of the company and the legal provisions in force.
Guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- Coordinate the recruitment, training, planning and supervision of the point of sale personnel.
Your profile:
Young & dynamic
Professional experience in hospitality (min. 2 years)
Hospitality/business management training (ideal)
Ability to work in English and French
Job position specifics:
You will be reporting to the restaurant manager.
We work as a team to cover all opening hours, which implies that your position will require some early morning/evening/weekend duties, on a team rotation basis.
Your work will be located at Villereuse in Geneva
