On our journey to digitize and optimize our internal processes we are looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst to help us model and improve our SAP ERP systems together with the business. You will be responsible for driving medium to large projects, including analysing business processes and applications, specifying requirements, shaping solutions together with an international team of application engineers and managing the change management process with the business.
Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user support
Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues
Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, enterprise applications projects.
Responsible for working with our SAP Application Development team to plan, implement, and test new releases into our production systems environment
What you need
At least 6 years of experience with SAP ECC with expert understanding of the various SAP Modules
University degree in IT or Business Administration
Ability keep oversight and setting the right priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English and German (oral and written)

Experience in transition to S4/HANA
Experience in working with agile methodologies
