We are seeking of highly motivated process-enthusiast for the role of Customer Base & Journey Manager. This position is part of our Loyalty, Engagement & Churn Management team in the Sunrise Consumer Customer Unit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and continuously improving customer processes & journeys as well as initiating new initiatives to enhance loyalty and improve customer experience.

Tasks:
  • Develop and optimize customer journey strategies focused on loyalty, churn management and cancellation processes
  • Analyze customer behaviors and customer-related processes to identify pain points and initiate measures to streamline customer experience and improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty and churn prevention initiatives into existing processes and workflows
  • Leverage deep understanding of the company's tools and systems relevant to customer interactions to ensure improvements are implemented efficiently
  • Create documentation of company processes and tools related to loyalty, churn & cancellation and conduct trainings session to ensure correct usage
  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure process performance and stay informed with industry best practices to secure continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of telecommunication operations, processes, and tools
  • Expertise in data analysis from diverse sources to extract actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in project and process management
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at working collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances
  • Passion for optimizing customer-facing activities, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities
