How you can make an impact
- Work with our clients at the heart of Insurance Transformation & Innovation
- Help our clients with the optimisation and digitisation of customer journeys and core processes, modernisation of core platforms, and the improvement of their performance and business model
- Provide our clients with a fresh perspective on how to design flexible, innovative business models and services combined with a strong operations foundation, and with that shape the insurance landscape of the future
Who we are looking for
- A University degree (ideally Masters) with a strong academic record and at least 10+ years relevant working experience in insurance or with a leading consulting firm and are connected very well in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, bringing a network to relevant Insurance clients
- With your motivation to drive topics like business and operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, and process digitisation, cost optimisation, analytics, and ecosystems, you bring fresh perspectives to our projects
- You are an experienced project leader or delivery Manager with a proven track record of large-scale program delivery E2E in particular core platform implementations or modernisations
- Guidewire knowledge (Policy, Billing, Claims) is a strong plus
- You are responsible for the management of the day-to-day activities, such as leading the Business Analysis team and the delivery scrum teams, managing the client and key stakeholders and dealing with the top issues and escalations
- You are accountable for on time & in budget program deliveries
- You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus
