Head of Sales (m/f)

Your role:

 

  • Technical and personal responsibility for the Key Account Managers and Account Managers in Geneva and Zurich
  • Overall responsibility for staffing agencies and enterprise accounts sales activities
  • Assistance in the development and implementation of market and sales strategies
  • Definition of quantitative and qualitative goals for the Account Management
  • Close cooperation with the Client Success team and the Tech team
  • Participation in the development of product concepts and pricing for customer segments
  • Development of sales promotion measures and implementation training
  • Coaching and training of the KAM and AM in cooperation with the Management team

Who you are:

 

  • Higher education or training in business administration, sales or marketing
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position in the digital pay-per-performance, online recruiting or programmatic job advertising environment
  • Leadership personality with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Good knowledge of French is a plus
