Our client is a successful corporate group and cosmetics manufacturer with its own brands for European Personal Care lines. The Swiss site develops, produces, and distributes innovative product concepts and new product lines. The group has made numerous international acquisitions and consolidated its cooperation with partners and strategic suppliers.This newly created role in the Sales&Marketing team will drive New BD activities to attack the US market and to develop innovative projects with partners. Scope of job:
Analysis of market & competition situation as well as relevant changes in the defined Target US market
Conception of market development strategies under consideration of digitization solutions that are geared to the needs of end consumers
Conception and implementation of innovative business areas/models internationally
Identification and analysis of potential partners/customers/consumers internationally
Dialogue and negotiation management
Support in business management and contract law issues internationally
Preparation of business plans, budgets, calculations, reports etc.
International project management
Coordination and management of multiple internal and external stakeholders
Education in Business Administration with solid marketing knowledge
Several years of experience with Skin Care industry, service or consulting company, ideally in the context of North America
Practical experience in international business development, consulting, key account, Project management or similar
First hand experience in digitisation projects / the integration of new technologies at Consumer-oriented service and consulting solutions
Appealing role for entrepreneurs with passion for dermacosmetics, able to bridge the gap between start-up and corporate environment to be able to operate successfully. You are structured as well as goal- and solution-oriented in your working style. You are capable to work independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams with internal and external stakeholders.You English is business-fluent, German is an asset. Some international travelling is required for this role.
