Are you passionate about providing high-quality IT support and ensuring smooth operations in a healthcare environment? Our client is looking for a motivated professional to join their team in the radiology department. You will play a key role in supporting both general ICT tasks and specialized radiology systems. 

For our client, we are looking for an engaged, responsible and team-oriented personality as

• Manage incidents and service requests, including software installation and troubleshooting for software, hardware and network issues
• Provide support for dictation systems, printing and related tasks
• Escalate IT support cases and coordinate with teams in Zurich
• Collaborate with vendors for support, troubleshooting and installations
• Handle radiology-specific tasks such as user account management, DICOM image transfer and image loading from CDs
• Assist end users with image availability and retrieval and support equipment replacements related to radiology

• Solid experience in ICT support (software, hardware, network)
• Knowledge of radiology systems and workflows is an advantage
• Familiarity with DICOM standards and image transfer
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
