Strategischer Einkäufer (Senior Level) - Facility Services 80 - 100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Management einer anspruchsvollen und breitgefächerten Rolle in einem dynamischen, schnell wandelnden und wachsenden Umfeld
  • Leitung von anspruchsvollen Ausschreibungsinitiativen und Vertragsverhandlungen für den Bereich Facility Services und erweiterte Dienstleistungen im Immobiliensektor
  • Sicherstellen und Pflegen einer engen Beziehung zu unseren in-und externen Stakeholdern
  • Planung von jeweiligen Einkaufsstrategien und Umsetzung der regionalen Vorgaben
  • Aufbau, Implementierung und Optimierung von Unternehmensstandards
  • Steuerung des Lieferantenmanagements
  • Erarbeitung von Spend-/ Marktanalysen und Auswertungen
  • Zusammenarbeit in unseren Teams in den verschiedenen Ländern

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufs-und Projekterfahrung im Einkauf, insbesondere in den Bereich Facility Services und Gebäudeinfrastruktur
  • Hohes Mass an Leidenschaft und Engagement für das Thema Einkauf
  • Proaktive, flexible und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichnetem Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden im Senior-Management
  •  «out of the box» Denkweise und Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen Umfeld einen aktiven Beitrag zu leisten
  • Kenntnis des Schweizer Obligationenrechts von Vorteil
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse von e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Teamplayer und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Fliessende Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache wie Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Applikationen

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a challenging and broad role in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment
  • Lead the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation in the field Facility Services, including further real estate related services, as project lead via e-sourcing tools
  • Ensuring and maintaining a close relationship with internal and external business partners as well as managing supplier relations
  • Independent project management for multiple client accounts in regards to procurement services
  • Coordination of the commercial, operational and legal aspects with the relevant contact persons in a cross-functional team
  • Support of internal procurement strategies and implementation of regional specifications
  • Development, implementation and optimization of corporate standards
  • Cooperation with our sourcing teams in the different countries

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years procurement experience in the field of Facility Maintenance and premises infrastructure
  • High level of passion and commitment for the sourcing function
  • Proactive, flexible and client-focused personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Ability to think out of the box and willingness to contribute actively in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of contracts according to Swiss Law of Obligations of advantage
  • Secure command of e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) of advantage
  • Very good self-organization and project management skills
  • Team player with high social competence
  • Fluent German, very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French and Italian of advantage
  • Secure handling of MS Office
