Your tasks

SUMMARY OF THE JOB
What is speaking up? It's about raising concerns when something gets in the way of doing a job with integrity and encouraging an open culture where people feel their voices are heard. The Group SpeakUp Manager will support the development and continuous strengthening of the speaking up culture, handling concerns raised with integrity, confidentiality and tenacity.
Reporting to the Head of Group SpeakUp &Investigations, the Group SpeakUp Manager is part of the Group Legal and Compliance team and responsible to ensure that all concerns and allegations raised are managed, recorded, assessed and followed up on in a consistent manner, through the global whistleblowing line.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage the global whistleblowing line (Integrity Line) and act as Administrator.
  • Conduct assessments of the concerns and allegations reported.
  • Ensure completeness of records for alerts and investigations in the applicable case management systems.
  • Act as liaising partner to Group and Regional functions and support the case allocation and investigation planning process.
  • Support case managers at regional and local level with regard to investigation management and oversight, in particular members of partner functions including Human Resources, Legal &Group Compliance, Group Internal Control and Group Security.
  • Produce reports at the direction of the Head of Group SpeakUp &Investigations for the purpose of management, review of investigations and oversight by the applicable Group, regional or local governance bodies.
  • Develop, implement and monitor key trends and indicators for cases by region and country.
  • Develop and conduct SpeakUp training and awareness sessions as needed.
  • Perform data analytics and support in developing and maintaining a dashboard for Group investigations operations.
  • Ability to travel internationally (10%-20%)

Education/Qualifications

  • A University degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance. Social Sciences or related fields; professional qualification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
  • Project management, communications or process management qualifications desired.
  • Data analytics skills and qualifications desired.

Experience

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in compliance, investigations, legal, audit or finance.
  • Experience with whistleblowing systems and response methodology.

  • Approachable and confident, with empathy and impartiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, proactively resolve technical issues, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong work ethics and unquestionable integrity
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail and highly organized

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English and preferably French and/or German and/or Spanish.
