Responsibilities of the role:
- Working for one of the large bank project in Switzerland
- Attending the customer calls/emails for any user query and issue reported
- Conducting basic troubleshooting of the issue (e.g. user rights for the application),
- Managing production IT tickets
- Escalating tickets to 2nd level support team as needed for further investigation or resolution
Required skills and experience:
Must Have:
- Strong customer and service orientation good manners
- Experience in providing IT support
- Attend to customer calls/emails, conduct basic troubleshooting, manage production tickets
- Very good communication skills and entrepreneurial way of thinking
- Fluent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have/ Your chance to grow:
- Basic knowhow and analytical debugging skills for Java / Linux/oracle based applications
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
