Junior Project Manager
Overview of Role
As Junior Project Manager within the COO Department of Rothschild & Co Wealth Management Switzerland, you will be working closely with the COO and all internal departments and the management to lead or support various initiatives and projects.
Lead or support projects and change initiatives, including defining, designing, implementing and embedding innovative solutions.
Coordinate the communication between the project teams and internal stakeholders
Support or own, as Subject Matter Expert, some of our products & services, such as ebanking, Mobile App or electronic signature
Conduct analysis and research for the COO and produce management reports
Act as an interface between Business and IT, translating business needs into IT requirements
Engage in digital and automation initiatives and help shape the future of the bank
Participation in local and international working groups on management initiatives
Education and Qualifications
Higher education / University degree
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
2 - 3 years' work experience in a project management, consulting or similar role within the financial sector
Entrepreneurial spirit combined with a positive “can-do” attitude and a desire for taking on responsibility
Problem-solving mind-set combined with strong analytical skills and a flair for IT
Quick grasp, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and juggle multiple topics at a time
Hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and getting things done
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Structured, committed and collaborative personality
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent in English, other languages (German, French) are considered a plus
