Manager Regulatory Affairs for Printing & Writing
Job main responsibilities
Assures that key developments in regulatory affairs are monitored and communicated accordingly within Omya related to products and markets (Printing&Writing)
Gathering regulatory information on specific topics?
Scoping and delivering specific Regulatory notifications, registrations and permits?
Represent Group Regulatory Affairs in interdisciplinary teams
Participate in the early stage development phase of new products?
Creation of product concepts including the identification of the regulatory mode of action
Professional advice for internal and external customers.
Work on customer requests related to regulatory compliance and registration
Issuing of internal and external compliance documents
Exercise, monitoring and communicating the obligations according to applicable regulations
Candidate profile requirements
Degree in natural science (Master or PhD) such as biological sciences or chemistry
At least 5 years of work experience in product registration, conceptual development of chemical for printing & writing applications
Intensive knowledge of the European and non-European legislation, experience in association work and communication with authorities
In-depth knowledge registration, product safety or regulatory chemistry discipline such as toxicology, ecotoxicology or environmental fate
distinct solution-oriented and structured way of working
Fluent in English; preferably also in German and French
