As a Quality Systems Documentation and Training Specialist you will join a diverse team and be responsible for administration of GMP documents and trainings at the Janssen Schaffhausen site and drive various compliance and business improvements projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support issuance, review and approval of GMP Documents (Standart Operating Procedures, Work Instructions etc) in the Documentation Management System TruVaul
  • Support generation of training tasks, training assignments to end-users in the Learning Management System SUMMIT
  • Lead side-wide training plan review project and perform periodic review of training curricula
  • Support improvements projects e.g. creating Jobaids
  • Provide end-user support for the site e.g. Training, System Access, ad-hoc support
  • Perform data collection for various KPI's
Qualifikation

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a science or technical field
  • Proven experience in a GMP enviroment
  • Advanced skills in German and English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, self-awareness and flexibility required

You are a team-oriented, open-minded dynamic and highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills.

This position in Schaffhausen is initially limited to approx. 12 months.
