For a Swiss company providing specialized, machine-intelligent defense against highly engineered and targeted cyber attacks we are seeking for a Sales Development Representative. The company’s product, ActiveGuard, is the first proactive defense platform that stops Ransomware, targeted Phishing and Business Email Compromise attacks at first sight. ActiveGuard protects more than 60k mailboxes from leading financial service providers, hospitals and high-tech industrial companies in Germany and Switzerland and processes more than 1.5 million emails per day.

We are searching for a passionate and motivated Sales Developer / Growth Hacker with a love for selling and a tenacious and methodical approach to prospecting.

Sales Development Representative (German speaking)


  • Create a fantastic first impression with prospects and customers while building the pipeline for Account Executives
  • Follow up and qualify inbound requests and MQLs for solution fit, via the telephone and email
  • Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads in Hubspot and measure lead conversion and performance against quota
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers at new accounts
  • Develop customized pitches for different target accounts and personas
  • Work with Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision makers
  • Work with Marketing to drive attendance at xorlab tradeshows and field events such as executive dinners and happy hours
  • Staff xorlab tradeshows and follow-up on leads collected at our booth


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable discipline, required
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales (required), preferably in the field of IT security
  • Passionate about xorlab's mission and cyber security
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and willing to go beyond strict job responsibilities
  • Driven to meet/exceed goals with a proven history of consistent high achievement
  • Gritty and resourceful
  • Methodical and disciplined work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multilingual (fluent in German and English, written and spoken (required), French a strong plus)
