Lead Auditor

- Taking on the role of lead auditor, including goal-oriented and timely planning, independent execution, and prompt communication of the results of end-to-end audits
- Writing comprehensive reports
- Acting as a sparring partner for management
- Monitoring the implementation of measures
- Preparing statements for the Head of Group Internal Audit, the Board of Directors, or line decision-makers
- Participating in special investigations and projects
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the front office area (cross-border and/or investment suitability)
- Completed banking apprenticeship, higher business education (university / FH), CIA, CPA, CFA or similar; a degree in auditing is an advantage
- 5 years of experience as a lead auditor in bank auditing (bank or auditing firm) and in front office-related topics such as cross-border or investment suitability
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, as well as strong analytical skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a high level of responsibility
- Ability to work with various stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 40-50 days per year)
- Fluent in German and English; fluency in French or Spanish is an advantage
