Dans le cadre d’un remplacement congé maternité au sein du service Hygiène, Prévention et Contrôle de l’Infection, nous recherchons un-e :

Activités principales :

• Réaliser les activités de surveillance induites par le contrat de prestation avec la Santé Publique (surveillances SSI, Swissnoso, bactériémies, bactéries multi résistantes, grippe saisonnière, prélèvements environnement …)
• Procéder à des audits internes sur l’hygiène des mains
• Participer aux campagnes de prévention
• Recherche littérature scientifique
• Rédaction de rapport
• Gestion des mails
• Participation aux séances PCI

Profil idéal :

• Titulaire d’un diplôme en soins infirmiers (un atout) ou en cours de formation dans le domaine médical
• Connaissance du domaine médical
• Autonome, rigoureux et responsable
• Dynamique, proactif et créatif
• Sens de la communication
• Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
