The Sporting Assistant provides administrative assistance to the championships and commissions, and to Hill Climb and Off-Road competitions.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Assist with the administration of Commissions and Sporting Working Groups (organisation of meetings, agendas, dossiers, minutes, etc.).
- Monitor registration platforms for the relevant championships.
- Check and publish Championship classifications.
- Update the relevant pages of the FIA website (calendars, pictures, archives).
- Assist with the Motorsport Games Autocross registrations.
- Any other day-to-day administrative work related to the running of these Championships.
PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in sport management or equivalent.
- Knowledge and interest in motor sport activities and championships.
- Experience in a sporting federation a plus.
- Team and manager assistant experience.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team and in conjunction with other departments.
- Ability to manage agendas and organisation of meetings.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and handle difficult issues with optimism.
- Excellent English skills (proficiency in a non-European language would be an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications. InDesign a plus.
