• Support the planning and execution of international commercial initiatives, with a focus on licensing- and sponsorship-driven projects
• Coordinate commercial projects end to end, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Manage project objectives, risks, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
• Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, status reports, and presentations
• Ensure close alignment and collaboration across internal teams (Core, Engagement & Events, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.)
• Act as a key point of contact for external vendors, partners, and project stakeholders
• Prepare briefings, rollout plans, schedules, and logistics for international initiatives
• Support research activities and lead generation within the department
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across the team
• Provide operational support to the Team Leader International Business and the Senior Manager Licensing & Commercial Partnerships

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management and the coordination of cross-functional teams
• Previous experience within a sports organization or cultural institution is highly desirable
• Proven experience working on international projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear and structured documentation
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); knowledge of additional FIFA languages, such as French or Spanish, is considered a strong asset
