Your mission

General secretarial work with the firm’s Sports Law Group, including:

• Manage correspondence with clients, authorities, opposing parties.

• Manage and prepare case files.

• Manage phone calls.

• Arrange attorney’s travel arrangements.

• Manage invoices and expenses.

• Maintain organized files, including copies of all documents and correspondence.

Your profile

• You have appropriate training and relevant experience.

• You are well organized, precise, rigorous and conscientious.

• You have excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French.

Start date Immediately or to be agreed
