CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (M/F – 80%)Main duties are:
- Responsible for all corporate HR, finance and accounting activities
- Guiding the organizational activities
- Managing the Engineering/IT budget allocations within the company strategy
- Managing Sales & Marketing budget allocations within the company strategy
- Manage Accounts Payable processes.
- Creating a Business Plan in cooperation with our CEO
- Managing the hiring process together with HR Administrator
- Handling and understanding all aspects of Human Resources
Main skills are:
- Previous experience in an IT Company or at least with similar ones
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss Code of obligation
- Fluency in English and Italian. German knowledges are an asset
- Resident or Swiss work permit is required
