objectivesProvide direct assistance to the CRM in his day-to-day work tasks in a dynamic and international environment
for trading and administrative tasks. The CRM assistant is responsible for ensuring a high-end banking service to the
UHNW/HNW clientsResponsibilities

- Partnering with the CRM to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Handling the daily management of cash balances, payments, security transfers, corporate actions
- Trading in all asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, commodities, structured products, derivatives, mutual
funds, hedge funds, private equity funds etc
- Preparing client meetings (portfolio reviews, documentation) and organizing CRM business trips
- Creating KYC files with the support of the CRM and managing from a to z the account opening, closing and maintenance
- Supporting the CRM with compliance or client-related projects as and when required
- Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests


- Diploma in business or finance (Master Degree a plus)
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English and French (other languages an asset), excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service ethics
- Solid computer skills: Microsoft office, Avaloq (optional), Bloomberg a plus
