We are looking for a passionate digital marketer who will contribute to our Global Digital Creative and Content priorities by translating the strategy into actionable plans and executing them. In this role you will be driving the digital creative and content excellence as per our vision to transform to a data-driven marketing organization.

  • Develop Global Digital Creative & Content principles and ensure scalability and lead adoption across categories and countries.
  • Establish Digital Creative and Content Measurement roadmap and foster A/B testing approach
  • Develop and track relevant Creative best practices and KPIs to monitor on the global level (across Online video, Search, Social, Display ...)
  • Develop creative and content tracking platform and dashboards with IT stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders for Content & Media Lighthouse pilots by being a trusted advisor and help remove barriers.
  • Partner with cross functional teams (from Global Categories, CoEs and regions / countries) to accelerate Digital creative best practice adoption and help to become a Digital first marketing organization.
  • Identify and scale best-in-class content production models across regions/countries
  • Collaborate with Marketing CoE team to build Digital creative and content capability across the organization.
  • Build relationship and collaboration with Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) Global media and creative agencies, content partners and tech partners (ex. Google)
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology development and foster test & learn approach to explore new digital opportunities for BCH brands


  • 7+ years of digital & performance marketing experience
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry & digital creative and content ecosystem & digital marketing channels
  • Experience working in Digital Marketing at key B2C company, Media Agency, Digital Creative Agency or Major Tech players (Google / Facebook)
  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams
  • Experience influencing & building trusted relationship at C-level
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising tech
    nology and data / performance assessment
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Experience in a regional / global role
  • Experience in new business model setup and activation
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in brand, content and channel strategy
  • Experience in prioritizing and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
