We are hiring an Executive Assistant who supports the CEO and Members of the Executive Board on a daily basis that include mainly organizational and administrative tasks.

You are a positive, reliable, independent and proactive person with strong organizational abilities, structured and efficient approach practice, a high quality awareness and "make it happen" attitude.
In addition to that, you love to work in an international environment and in a small team to deliver best-in-class services for our CEO and Members of the Executive Board.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the diary and agenda for the CEO and selected other Executive Board Members
  • Organizing and booking international travel arrangements
  • Preparing of meetings and events, including capturing and finalizing the minutes
  • Support and drive a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Provide first level IT support and involve IT Specialists if needed
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of presentations and documents
  • Compiling expenses according to company standards
  • Welcoming visitors, external guests and candidates with a friendly but professional appearance
  • Communication and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning, organization and support for internal webinars, trainings, HR meetings etc.
  • At least 3 years of proven and successful working experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in an international environment
  • Outstanding capacity to plan, organize and prioritize - ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels within our organization and with senior external clients and contacts
  • Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in hectic situations
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently are essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office package, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
  • You are self-confident with a straight-forward attitude in an appropriate manner
  • High customer orientation, as well as a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Flexible, efficient and able to work independently with a problem solving attitude is crucial
  • Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
